NCIS people? Help?

wiccagirl24 and brightillusions...some fic help, por favor?!
I know one of the S1 or S2 eps tells us that Tony is an only child (right?! Or is that fanon, not canon?), but do we know his parents' names/professions? And he was a cop in Baltimore, right?! But did he grow up there? Oy. For the love of anything, do you guys know ep titles in the first two seasons that can help me with any little bit of DiNozzo background? Heck, websites, even?! I'm desperate for help.
Gah. I feel very inadequate right now. Heh. If this were a CSI fic, I'd be just fine.
