almosthonestSo I'm completely, completely in love with "Love, Pain, & the whole crazy thing". Keith did a fabulous job on the entire album. My mom and I listened to it all day and just adore it. There's not one song that I dislike, I love it. YAY! "Stupid Boy" is just as awesome as he said it was, and "Raise The Barn" with Ronnie Dunn is fantastic. "Everybody", which he wrote with Richard Marx, is incredible. I am so proud of Keith with this album, just as I was with Golden Road and Be Here. This is an awesome CD and I am a proud, proud KU Monkey today.
And speaking of Keith, I am so pleased that he won at last night's CMAs. He deserved it, and the letter he sent was so perfect. It absolutely brought me to tears, and I'm not ashamed to say I bawled all the way through. Sheesh.
So yeah, spent this morning at Target buying LPATWCT, and S7 of The West Wing. Watched Requiem and Transition tonight, and so cried over Leo, and snickered at the return of my beloved Sam. Then spent the day with the mom, just relaxing and watching TV out at the house. It was nice.
Whacked my foot on the edge of my shower this morning and have a lovely bruise at the base of three toes. I seem to have trouble keeping my feet from getting hurt lately. I broke a toe two weeks ago on my left foot, and then last week I whacked a big cut on my right foot, and now that same foot is bruised up. SO not good when my job entails 8 hours of standing and walking. Genius, I am.
NCIS triggered something for my Tony DiNozzo series tonight. It was interesting. I freakin' LOVE Michael Weatherly, though. Tony is so endearing, and so adorable. MW just sells it perfectly!
Bed now. Work at 7 am. Good night!
