It's like...whoa.

Hum. (I'm already channeling my Nicky. haha) I--I don't even know what to say right now. LOL.

I open my email just about 15 minutes ago and see an email from someone I NEVER expected to get email from, yet knew he knew my email address. If that made any sense at all, may Howie and Wade shower many, many blessings upon you.

Anyway, it was from Michael. AKA the ex-boyfriend. It took me by surprise to see that email sitting in my box with his name attached. lol. Call me completely stupid, but hey. And for once, I didn't cringe, either. It was a nice email, and of course I replied. I guess I'm just shocked. Not mad or upset at ALL, just surprised. He wanted to get the gang together this weekend and hang out like "the good old days". I said I was game, but others might have to work, so we shall see what happens.

In other things of the day, I am glad AJ is finally booted from American Idol. I say it's about time! Hee.

Went to town with Mom today. After her dr. appointment, we went for pizza with Dad, then went grocery shopping. Scored the new Premiere magazine with Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix on the cover (*squee*). Then, went to Fashion Bug, scored a pretty new blue snap front shirt, and bought myself new cotton plaid sleep shorts. They're darn cute.

So, good day. Get my hair trimmed tomorrow. Am trying not to cut it, per se, but to thin it out, because I feel like a big shaggy dog! Will also probably highlight it on Friday and get it a bit lighter for the rest of the summer.

[Note to self: Working at B&BW on the 4th and the 11th! Remember that!]

Also, the muse has been trying to get me to write. He'll get there one of these days. Poor Simon. He's going to start calling me "dreadful" if I don't be more careful. (hehe Annie)

Am off to watch Leno and go to bed...or something.

Oh, and "Karma rocks my freaking socks!" Bwhaha.

Man! I have to work Friday through Sat. =( not fair! I would love to get together and hang out for a day. Course Ang might not go, but that's not the point.

Wonder what brought him e-mailing you, on? He's weird.

Heh. Well, I mentioned that I thought you were working this weekend, but I wasn't sure of the day! Are you working Sunday? And I also told him that if you were working, we'd all definitely get a day together soon and hang out!

And I have no idea. I have to admit I was quite shocked. It was a rather nice email. Kid can't write coherently, but I digress! ;) But I replied and behaved myself. lol.

And oh no! You're kidding! You-know-who even got off work?!? Oh dear. Well, you could fake sick, perhaps?!? Oh lord, girl. *hugs*

Yeah I work Sunday..I'm off Monday though. All Sunday games start at 6:15 I believe, so I won't have the evening off. Bummer.

Least he was polite, he can't talk right, it's not a surprise he can't type right.

Yes. Off work. In advance mind you. Now I've got some options. Go, and have a good time because it's the only vacation I'm getting this year. Not go and wish I'd gone. Or run away and join the circus. We'll see what I decide to do. Still have another week to work on it.
