Ow! Don't touch it! That hurts!

So yesterday was awesome. Dad and I spent the day in San Francisco at the Giants/Phillies game. While my boys played not so great, we had a heck of a good time. We saw three home runs, including Alou's 2-run blast in the 1st inning, and Ryan Howard's 460 footer not like...80 feet from where we were sitting. So awesome.

The downside? I got sunburned. I used freakin' sunscreen, and the side of my face is still bright red and so are the tops of my arms. Sigh. I hate being sunburned, because it just plain hurts. My cheek and ear and blazing right now, and that vexes me. Heh.

But we had such a good time, and I am beyond glad to not be at work for the entire week. Happy, I am. *g*

Mom and I also got tickets to see Train at the Fresno Fair in October. Woo!!

Concert Lineup (for my reference):
-July 21st- Rascal Flatts/Gary Allan/The Wreckers
-July 22nd- Michael Buble
-September 29th- John Mayer/Sheryl Crow
-October 6th- Train/Anna Nalick

And somewhere in there, Dad and I might go see Josh Turner. Heh. It's an awesome concert kind of year for me. Now, if they will just get Keith Urban back here, I will be happy.

I go slather lotion on the sunburn now. Meep.

Aww boo on the sunburn! Those hurts so much. I hope it won't peel away in a few days or anything like that. But I'm glad you had a good time!

They are so awesome live. Luckily for me, this time should be a much more enjoyable experience. When I saw them almost 4 years ago, I had gotten into a major car accident the day before. So this time? Has got to be better. *g*
