almosthonestBeen rather addicted to the CD I burned off of my laptop on Friday. Has ALL of Clay's songs on it, plus "Band of Gold" by Kimberley and Frenchie and "Stuff Like That There" by Kelly from AI 1. Also put "Somebody Like You [Soundtrack Version]" by my Keith and Train's "Calling All Angels" on it too. So yes, am addicted and sing happily in my car.
Hmm. Someone said they feel disconnected. I've felt that way for months. Still do. *shrugs* Oh well, right?
Ooh. Elijah challenge fics were put up today. I feel so proud that I was able to participate and I also feel happy for writing a decent fic. I'm really--proud of this fic, because it's the first that I've really felt accomplished about, oddly enough. So, I figure I'll post it in here if anyone is interested:

[Wrong Frame of Mind]--by Sara
Worked today. Store was consistently busy today. That was good. Work Friday, Saturday, and unfortunately, on Mother's Day. I'm not happy about that, but according to Heather, I'm one of the few associates that they trust to work holidays. So that's kind of cool. She also told me today that I have the best work ethic out of the employees. I may have grinned. It was a major compliment. Felt very good. I love the store and I love my co-workers, I really do.
Am really glad to know my big sister is much happier. Thank goodness the midget is calling more. ;) And sis? Call anytime. If I'm not here, you know the parents will tell you to call the cell and leave a message! Heh. Love you.
Got hit with some memories over the past day or so. Some I'd rather not re-live, thanks. Also need to remind myself, in regards to memories, to ask Miss Bella for an email address for someone I really feel the need to email. I wish I hadn't lost touch with this person, but unfortunately, due to a pack of lies and a now former best friend, I did. I swear I will never do that again.
Only three days of classes this week! HOORAY! Dead Days on Thursday/Friday. Whee. Time off. I'm really hoping to write this week sometime. But I need a new plot. Although, methinks I need to start the novel on my laptop. Get some use out of it. Bwhaha.
I think I'm hyper tonight. This is bad. Eep. Hee. Am in too good of a mood, man.
I think I need to go put some of this energy into some Urban Love. ;)
