The Timmeh getting his Cy Young Award in front of the Giants fans and his teammates. The YouTube video is even more adorable. The way his voice cracks and shakes a little when he thanks his dad just kills me. And the guy hugs from his team makes me smile and squeal. I don't think I've mentioned the Aaron Rowand and Randy Winn love lately either. LOVE, I say.
Baseball fangirl right here. And I sure as heck plan to be squealing at the Timmy on Saturday when the Dad and I go up to SF for the 1:05 game vs. the D-Backs. Lincecum is the starting pitcher. Excellent Game Timing: We're doing it right! Woohoo! I was secretly hoping to see Randy Johnson pitch, but alas, not this time. Maybe next time. But! Timmy!
I should NOT be awake right now. I should be in bed. However, floorset is in full gear and I've been at work 2:30-11 the last two nights and am all amped up. Meep. We're really a couple days behind, as people have called in sick left and right. We will catch up eventually. But I am looking forward to my three day weekend starting on Friday. Must reklax and knit. And write, Write, write, write! Despite missing a couple of days this month, I am still up on my word count. Yay! I may or may not have been writing silly baseball fic for my amusement,. But I need to get back to the novel. Must. Not. Give. Up.
I'm going to bed now. Really. And this so ended up NOT to be a GIP. Fail=Me.
