Sigh. Keith.
Apr. 14th, 2005 08:52 amLuckily, I remembered my beloved Keith was on the Today Show this morning. I spent the night at the parents' house on the lovely couch. Cat was asleep on my feet for the longest time.
Keith was brilliant this morning, and I loved the grin he had on his face the entire time. So adorable. Bwah! The hugging cracked me up. Oh Keith. So much love. I think I missed the first song he did, but so far, I've seen "Days Go By", and I know he'll do at least one more in the last hour of the show. Probably MMOU. Sigh. I so love that boy. And I love the clips from Sheryl Crow and Kenny Chesney talking about how good Keith is. Meep. Love. And the giggling?! Yeah, killed me.
Got to see Rach yesterday when she came to give me my performance review. I got a nice raise, and a good review that I am extremely pleased about. She brought photos of Rylie, and I finally got one for my refrigerator. Hee. She looks so much like Rachael's husband Jason, it's not even funny. So freakin' cute, that kid is.
Work was decent yesterday. I was only there for 6 hours anyway, and then I went to the apartment, baked cookies, and then Mom called to see if I was coming out here. So I did decide to come home and stay. Mom's sick, so I might take her to the doctor today and such.
Got "The Tension and the Spark" in my mail yesterday. I am beyond amazed at the talent of one Darren Hayes. I LOVED "Spin", and I love this album too. "Dublin Sky" is my favorite so far, I have to say. His writing just got better and better with this CD.
Off to dig up Corn Flakes in the cabinet and go wash my hair at some point. Evil hair. ;)
