"There's a somebody I'm longing to see..."

Hmm. Watching Mr. Holland's Opus is making me all melancholy and sad. This movie is so incredible, and every time it is on TV, I sit and watch the whole darn thing!

I got to thinking about this movie, and thinking about an old friend who is in some of the last scenes. I've spotted him before, and I'm going to attempt to find him again here. lol. But this movie and thinking about this person brought back a whole lot of memories! Jane is the only person who will know who I am referring to. I miss this person, and I always wonder what ended up happening with/to him. Heh. And I'm all sad now because I'm ransacking my room, trying to find the songs he wrote for me back in say, 1996 or so, and I cannot find them.

So I'm on a hunt now. =*) Remembering the past can be interesting sometimes!

Basically, this is a post to remind to always remember some things, and to keep looking for these dang songs!

More randomness

- I feel very alone right now. Very--left out, perhaps? It's my fault anyway, I know this. I just wish I had a better job and had money.

- My grandfather (dad's dad) is in the hospital. Looks like he may have had a stroke or something. No one is sure yet. It may be some odd affliction as of right now. Will find out more in the next few days, I suppose.

- I still can't find the songs. It's starting to make me really sad. I really want to find them.

- I remembered to watch Buffy, even though I've seen it. lol. They need to put these songs on a CD. I'd love to have this stuff. Am now wondering if ALL of the cast did their own singing. I know Sarah Michelle and James did, but the rest? Dani? Annie?

"Would you say was a breakaway pop hit?" Bwhaha. Anya kills me.
