Had scored an interview with a marketing place for 7 pm today, but Mom wouldn't let me go. Told me if I didn't take someone with me, I couldn't go. That's BS. I'm 20 years old. I do NOT need a freaking babysitter. So I had to call and cancel my interview, which made me look like a moron.
Am livid about that, let me tell you. Completely ruined my day after that. But thank WADE for Jane, without whom I'd have gone nuts this afternoon! Thank you, girl!
But this morning went well. Scored the new Nora Roberts book, which completes the Three Sisters Island trilogy. Already finished the book too. Yes, I read it in less than a day. *sigh* Also scored the *NSYNC Twist magazine and the new J-14, just for Wade, but scored a five-foot poster too. Now if only I had freaking ROOM for it! lol. Will make room, I suppose.
At least I got to talk to V tonight. She always manages to brighten up a rough day! Hee.
Chicks on my Hottest Hits country station. Hee. "Sin Wagon", no less! Woo!
Am off to write more WaJu angst and get to bed kinda early. Have to take mom to the airport at 5:30 am, then I'm going to go get bagels, come home, check mail, rest for a few hours, then leave to go get Kate up at Sierra High after her Grad Night trip. Should be an adventure getting up there! lol.
Will be off and on tomorrow afternoon, I'm sure! Girls? Up to a chat this weekend, perhaps? For old times sake? lol.
