almosthonestJust wanted to pop in and say howdy from Harrah's Reno. We got my laptop hooked up to the phone line for a bit this afternoon.
Reno has been fun. Skanky people hang around here, though, so that is rather scary. LOL! But seriously, the casinos are pretty cool. We've been in and out of a lot of them here. Ended up at a mall today, where the parents bought me a SF Giants charm for my bracelet and I bought a LotR one. Heh. Lame, I am. Will get postcards for my big sis tomorrow. We went to Donner Pass and all on the way up.
The boyfriend (ahhaha) has been behaving himself. I'm very proud. Heh. He's so cute.
'Tis hot here, but not at hot as home, so woohoo. Getting clouds and lightning, though. Strange, that! There are possible storms rolling in.
Very little writing getting done, but Chapter 2 is about half finished. Whee. Will write more on the way home tomorrow, I would guess.
