Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas Day today, those who celebrate it. I also hope anyone who celebrates any other holiday around this time of year has a happy and joyous one! You all deserve so much happiness!

Last night was the first Christmas Eve in four years that I didn't have to work, and it was awesome. I came out to the parents' house late Friday night after work, and I'm still here. It's been nice to spend this weekend with my family.

The friends/coworkers and family were wonderful and amazing with gifts this Christmas, and I feel so grateful and blessed I have so many good people in my life. I got cute socks and things from Kristen, and I got a Care Bear from Rach, Jason and the kids, and a purse from Jennifer, and more socks from Erika, a journal from Robin, and a Sephora gift card from Crys. My favorite, though, was the pirate ship play set I got from Trista. It amused me highly and goes perfectly in my apartment. One of the toy pirates, of course, is named Captain Jack. *g* They were all so cute with their gifts.

The family was wonderufl as well. From the parents together, I got an iPod docking station, which had a clock/radio, and can play my iPod songs to wake me up or anytime I want to. It had a cool remote. I actually drove back to my apt. last night to get my iPod (Horatio...haha) to test it out. It is very, very cool. The parents also got me an XM radio Roady2 for my car. Dad and I are going to go get it installed one one of my days off this week. Hee. My Ben will be all updated and cool now. *g* I'll also get to listen to Ryan's radio show in the mornings again. Whee!

I also got a bunch of Black Raspberry Vanilla stuff, a lip gloss, and a big red bag from BBW, a lip gloss palette, My Big Fat Greek Wedding on DVD (because I've been wanting it for ages), a Louisa May Alcott collection book, that has Little Women, Little Men, and Jo's Boys in it. Yay books! Also got a $25 g/c to Borders and a little solid perfume thing. I love my parents. My uncle gave me a Sage & Citrus plug in room scent thing, and a pretty sun catcher with purple butterflies on it for my apartment. Maggi and her crew gave me a $25 g/c to Sephora, so I'm so going to end up going nuts over there. Hehe. I love that place.

I also got awesome news for Christmas, from my "sis" Denise. ;) Hee. I'm so tickled for you, girl, but I already left you a comment and a text message to tell you that. Love you tons.
