Hee! Happy Holidays!

Well, first of all, Merry Christmas Eve! I hope everyone has an enjoyable day today.

And Happy Holidays to anyone else who might not be celebrating Christmas. *g*

Ooh, and Happy Birthday to my dear boyfriend, who turns 29 today. Happy Birthday, Ryan! Heh.

Anyway. The mom is sick, so my uncle isn't coming today at all. But the parents and I will do gifts and things when I get home from work tonight. Box came from my aunt and cousins in Oregon yesterday, so that should be fun. Got my mom two new trees for the yard. An Oak tree and a Chinese Pistachio. Got my dad a new golf putter (which was torture to wrap, I might add!).

The mother sent me a $50 gift certificate for Amazon.com, and I'm struggling to pick what I want. I know I want the first two books in the new Nora Roberts trilogy, so that's part of it. But the rest...I don't know. I'm looking at a four-DVD set of Bob Hope/Bing Crosby films (because I am a huge fan of "The Road" pictures) too. We'll see. Heh.

So now, I'm waiting for my work pants to dry and I'm watching some lovely Dawson's Creek angst. Heh.

Yeah, so everyone have a wonderful, wonderful Christmas Eve tonight, and everyone enjoy the time with family and friends. I love you all very much and I am so blessed to know all of you.

And Annie! My little sister, I love you so darn much! The bear is gorgeous, and now I need a name for him. Ryan, perhaps? ;) And the beautiful journal, and the Clay notebook (handy dandy, that!). And the Haldir. After my own heart. Hee. Thank you so very much for the lovely gifts. (and the card is cute, so hush up!)

You guys totally made my long day bright. Thank you!

Work wasn't too bad. Lots of people. But I was done at 5, and all is good. Am off for two days. Whee!

Will watch Clay on the Xmas parade tomorrow morning, and Ryan Malcolm on World Idol tomorrow night. Hooray for entertainment.

Also plan to write. Might even write a Christmas-y fic or something.
