(no subject)

So today was productive. I wish I could say it was writing wise, but alas, I can't.

However, the mom and I went shopping, and I made out like a bandit. Went to Fashion Bug and got great new khaki pants for work and three pairs of cute socks (because, stealing a line of Clay's, only him saying shoe, I am a sock whore.). Then, we went to Marshall's (to where Dad had given me a $26 gift card), and I got the black leather CD case I wanted, plus a nectarine scented body lotion and a gorgeous crystal shot glass that says Ireland on it. Finally, we ended up at Linens N' Things, where I got myself a potpourri candle tart for my burner that sits next to my desktop. In Fresh Peach, no less. One of my favorites. I'm a sucker for peach scented stuff.

So yes, good day today. Also got the Clay single I'd ordered a month ago from Amazon. Whee. I have two now! LOL!

Ryan Seacrest may or may not have made me grin on American Juniors tonight. Evil punk. Good with kids. May have died, and/or had plot bunnies.

Note to the Last Comic Standing judges: You picked the lady from FRESNO? Oh come on. Fresno blows. I should know. She wasn't funny. It's the BULLDOGS. Not the Red Dogs. God help me. I hope she gets booted first.

Anyway! Heh. Train on the Early Show tomorrow morning, so whee! Then am going to the bank to put in money for tuition, coming home, and cleaning. But! I have been bored lately, and have been making friendship bracelets with my tons of thread. So, if anyone would like one, I'm totally willing to make you one! I have pretty much any color except like, silver and gold, but hey. You can pick up to four colors, so if you'd like one, email me (callmedirk5479@msn.com) and let me know colors and your address, and I'll start working on them! *g*
