Aug. 23rd, 2002 02:28 pmWent and paid for my parking permit at the campus today. There goes $68. Grr. Went and got prescriptions for my parents, then went to Target in search of a certain action figure type-thing that I was unable to find. So I ended up at the bookstores, wanting so many things. Only bought one thing for five dollars, that I MUST tell Mary about. Heh.
So I come home and find a message on the machine from Nicole, who wanted me to come into work tonight to do a few Almanac-type things, so I get a couple of extra hours tonight. Yippee! Hey, another 12 bucks is another 12 bucks. So I may not be online until late, if anyone is around and cares.
Mind you, now that I get to go to work, I also can go by that Target by the mall and *cough* look for the thing I was looking for earlier. Heh. I'm so terrible!
And also, I'm probably going to be taking a few people off my friends list. Just weeding out a bit. I may not do it, but just in case.
And...
[begin sarcasm and irritation]
Oh riiight. Justin has the absolute worst song in the world. Yep he does. *rolls eyes* While I respect people who say they don't like the song and give a reason that actually makes SENSE, there are certain people that shouldn't pass judgment at all. I'm tired of all the negativity. If you don't like it, fine, but don't be rude about it. And for the record, I will be one of the ones who will support him with the amazing song and the fabulous album that is dropping soon.

And it really sucks that one of my favorite lists is being shut down because people are stupid. Grr.
Got up early this morning to watch the Chicks on the Today Show. They were absolutely fabulous. Am almost considering giving up buying the BBMak album on Tuesday in favor of the Chicks. Actually, methinks it'll depend on whose is on sale for less. Bwhaha. Money is tight due to school right now, so...Target or Best Buy better make me proud and give me a good sale! LOL!
Woo! 'Dogs football season starts tonight! If anyone watches ESPN and sees the Fresno State/Wisconsin game, those are my boys! Beat those Badgers. You kicked their butts last year, so let's do it again! Too bad DC is gone, though! Hmph. (and wow with the ! usage. Oops.)
Heh. Am off to relax and find something to do until the game starts at 5. Will be leaving at 7:45 or so for work. If anyone needs to get ahold of me before I get on late tonight, hit me with a text message!
